This policy explains what happens to the information you give Maximiliano Castellanos ("Max", "I"), a REALTOR® with Golden Valley Real Estate in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas, through this site, by text, or in person.
What I collect
- What you type into the sign-up form: your name, mobile number, email (if you add it), the area and price you're looking for, and when you plan to move.
- Your agreement to get texts: the exact words you agreed to, the time, and the page you were on.
- Texts and messages you send me, and notes from our calls, so I can keep track of your search.
- Standard technical logs kept by the companies that host this site (like your IP address and browser), used only for security.
How I use it
- To text, call or email you about homes that fit what you're looking for, and to answer your questions.
- To set up showings and send reminders.
- To keep a record of your consent and of our conversations, as my brokerage and the law require.
Text messages and your mobile number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
You can reply STOP to any text to stop getting them, or HELP for help. See the Text Terms.
Who I share it with
I don't sell your information. I share it only:
- With the companies that run this site and my client records for me (hosting and a secure database), only to provide that service.
- With my brokerage, Golden Valley Real Estate, as Texas real estate rules require.
- With someone you ask me to connect you with, like a lender, title company or inspector, and only with your OK.
- When the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.
How long I keep it, and your choices
I keep your information while we're in touch about buying or selling, and afterwards as long as my brokerage's records require. You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you: text or call (956) 340-8994, or email maxcastellanosrealtor@gmail.com.
Security
Your information is stored with access limited to me and my team, over encrypted connections. No system is perfect, but I take reasonable steps to protect it.
Children
This site is for adults looking to buy or sell a home. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
